ABOUT THE EVENT
Join us for a FREE professional development event designed to equip educators with the latest research, tools, and best practices to support literacy development in students of all ages. With a focus on Science of Reading research and strategies, participants will gain new insights and understandings into how students learn to read and write. The event is hosted by the South Dakota Department of Education as part of its statewide literacy initiative.

EVENT REGISTRATION
The following are eligible to attend the Elevate. Educate. Empower. event: K-12 educators who teach English Language Arts (ELA) and those who teach in areas with strong literacy connections.
REGISTRATION INCLUDES

Access to keynote sessions and presentations from renowned speakers.

Meals during conference hours.

Opportunity to register for graduate credit or continuing education contact hours.

SHOWCASE
Exhibitor space will be available at the event. Potential vendors will need to apply to be featured as an exhibitor and demonstrate alignment to the Science of Reading. There will be a cost to be a featured exhibitor; however, all non-profit entities will receive a complimentary exhibitor space, if approved.
